SOSVET is a digital service dedicated to on-demand veterinary assistance. The platform is designed to connect pet owners with available veterinarians quickly, removing the friction of advance bookings when immediate care is needed.

Challenge

When a pet is in distress, owners operate under high stress. In such scenarios, complex navigation, slow response times, or tedious registration forms create significant barriers. The goal was to build a streamlined experience that minimises the steps required to access veterinary help.

From an engineering perspective, the platform required a lightweight, robust, and maintainable stack that performs reliably on mobile devices while maintaining the flexibility for future capability upgrades.
